Britney Spears is the latest name to be linked to P Diddy as the music mogul awaits trial on sex trafficking charges, with their connection reportedly through their shared business manager
Britney Spears has been linked to P Diddy, but not for his infamous parties.
The pop icon’s former business manager, Lou M Taylor, who established Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group, is alleged to have played a significant role in her 2008 conservatorship. Interestingly, Taylor also managed Diddy, as she disclosed in 2019.
Their professional relationship dates back to the early 90s, and it’s currently unclear if it’s still ongoing. However, Britney has previously criticized the company’s services director Robin Greenhill.
Robin was also recently named in a lawsuit against Diddy. In 2021, allegations surfaced that Robin had control over Britney’s credit cards and medication, and that Tri Star used her funds to hire security to monitor her during the conservatorship.

In her 2023 autobiography, Britney referred to Robin as Lou’s “weird-a– lackey” and claimed that they, along with her father Jamie Spears, “bullied” her.
Tri Star, Lou, and Robin have all refuted these allegations. They stated that the conservatorship was initiated based on “recommendation of legal counsel, not Tri Star, and approved by the Court for more than 12 years”.
However, Robin was back in the headlines in 2024 when Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a $30 million lawsuit against Diddy. In the lawsuit, he accused Diddy of groping and potential drug-induced rape.
The lawsuit was filed just weeks before two of Diddy’s homes were searched as part of a sex trafficking investigation.
Lil Rod has made allegations that he was instructed to enlist sex workers and engage in sexual activities with them for Diddy’s enjoyment. He asserts that he possesses hundreds of hours of video evidence showcasing Diddy’s “serious illegal activity”.
Rodney alleges that Robin was among several individuals who facilitated these incidents, as reported by THR.
Tri Star is not mentioned in the recent indictment against Diddy. The rapper has refuted all accusations leveled against him. He was apprehended on charges of sex trafficking and denied bail.
He is currently awaiting trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York City.
Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo issued a statement following his arrest, saying: “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sean “Diddy” Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he Is not a criminal
