The online community has just been stirred up by the news that Kanye West was sued by his former female assistant for assaulting TD. Notably, the incident happened in front of Sean ” Diddy ” Combs.
On October 13, Page Six reported that Lauren Pisciotta – who was hired as Kanye West’s assistant from July 2021 to October 2022 – filed a lawsuit, accusing the rapper of misconduct towards her. According to Lauren Pisciotta, he drugged and sexually assaulted her right at a recording session with Diddy present.
In a complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on October 8, Lauren Pisciotta said the horrific incident occurred in Santa Monica, USA. The assistant also detailed that Kanye West ordered the drink to be poured and mixed with an unidentified drug to be given to her.
Lauren Pisciotta added that she felt “disoriented” and “lost control of her body and speech” after consuming the drink. The next morning, she felt unwell and could not remember what had happened.
The former assistant said Kanye West confessed to her that they had “had a little sex” and that the incident occurred while the rapper was still married to Kim Kardashian . “Kanye’s wife allegedly accused him of having sex with Plaintiff, causing him to admit to embarrassing behavior,” the lawsuit reads.
In the filing, Lauren Pisciotta also claimed that she had received numerous obscene and harassing messages from her “enemy” Taylor Swift. Fearing that her boss would blacklist her and retaliate, Lauren shared that she had been extremely careful in her communications, not mentioning any wrongdoings by Kanye West, but was still fired shortly thereafter.
The plaintiff also emphasized that he was never paid the $3 million (more than 74 billion) in severance pay as promised by the rapper. Notably, although the hip-hop “boss” was also named in Kanye West’s lawsuit against TD for being a co-organizer of the recording session, he was not accused of any wrongdoing.
According to Page Six, this is the second time Lauren Pisciotta has filed a complaint against her ex-husband Kim Kardashian. In June, this woman sued the rapper for regularly sending obscene messages and photos and not paying her salary. According to Lauren’s accusation, Kanye West hired her in July 2021 and promised to pay her $1 million (more than 24 billion VND) per year. However, he never did.

However, at that time, responding to Page Six, the lawyer representing the male rapper criticized Lauren Pisciotta’s accusations as “baseless”. His side claimed that the former assistant was the one who blackmailed Kanye after the offers were rejected. In addition, before her assistant contract was terminated, she stole her boss’s phone in order to destroy unfavorable evidence, but all of it was kept.
It is unclear how true this story is, but on October 12, Rolling Stone reported that a former employee filed a lawsuit against Kanye West in a Los Angeles court under the name John Doe. In the lawsuit, Doe accused the rapper of having him hire private detectives to follow and monitor Bianca Censori when she visited her family in Australia. According to this person, the American rapper also assigned him to investigate Kim Kardashian.
John Doe revealed that Kanye West has been behaving erratically since May, including spending $850,000 on titanium teeth and firing executives at the Yeezy company. These actions coincided with the time the rapper was addicted to inhaling laughing gas (N2O).
Shortly after, speaking to Page Six, Kanye’s representative affirmed: “Many details in the lawsuit are absurd and untrue.” At the same time, he said that the dossier accusing “West of abusing laughing gas” was embellished to cause confusion and affect the rapper’s marriage.
